DUSTLINE — SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Time Every item is made to order. Production takes 3–7 business days before shipping. During high-demand periods it may take up to 10 business days. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.
2. US Shipping Standard (5–10 business days) — $4.99, free on orders over $75 Expedited (2–5 business days) — $12.99
3. International Shipping Canada — $9.99 · 10–20 business days United Kingdom — $12.99 · 10–20 business days Australia & New Zealand — $14.99 · 12–25 business days European Union — $12.99 · 10–20 business days Rest of World — $16.99 · 15–30 business days
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. Dustline is not liable for customs delays.
4. Tracking A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 10 business days, email support@dustline.com.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders Damaged items — contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will reship at no charge. Incorrect items — contact us within 7 days with a photo. We will send the correct item. Lost in transit (US) — if no tracking movement for 10+ business days, contact us. Lost in transit (international) — if no movement for 30+ business days, contact us.
6. Returns & Exchanges Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size ordered. We do fully refund items that arrive with a manufacturing defect, items materially different from their description, or items damaged in transit. Email support@dustline.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
7. Address Accuracy You are responsible for entering a correct shipping address. Contact us immediately at support@dustline.com if you need to correct an address — we can only fix it before production begins.
