2. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including the Dustline name, logo, graphics, and designs — is our exclusive property. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or resale of any brand assets is strictly prohibited.

3. Product Disclaimer Colors may vary slightly from screen representations. Garment measurements are approximate and may vary up to 1 inch. Print placement may vary up to 0.5 inches from mockup images. These are normal characteristics of print-on-demand manufacturing and do not constitute defects.

4. Limitation of Liability Dustline is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

5. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cook County, Illinois.

6. Privacy We collect your name, email, address, and payment info solely to fulfill orders. We do not sell your data. Payment is handled securely by Square. Order data is shared with Tapstitch for fulfillment only. To request data deletion, email support@dustline.com.
